DONATE

We rely heavily on support from our community which allows us to continue to provide life-changing care for sick and homeless pets in our region.

No donation is too small. Every dollar helps feed a cat, pay for a dog's much needed surgery, among other expenses we face in our efforts to provide the best services for the pets in our care.

ways to donate

Any donation can be made in memory of a loved one, in memory of a cherished pet, or in honour of a birthday, wedding, or special occasion.

If you wish to do so, please remember to include the name and address of the person(s) or pet you would like us to send a memorial card or an honour card to let them know that you have remembered or honoured them with a donation to our shelter

DID YOU KNOW?

We find homes for over 400 animals each year, often saving them from lives of misery. It costs the shelter an average of $16,000 a month to operate.

THE FOLLOWING DONATIONS ARE WELCOME AND GRATELY APPRECIATED

DRY FOOD – When animals come into our care at the shelter, our biggest priority is their well-being. Part of that is creating consistency in their environment to help reduce stress and address any health conditions that need attention.

To avoid upset tummies, we choose to feed only one kind of dry food and we are currently working with Park Your Paws as our provider.  While we are extremely grateful for all donations made to the shelter; it is a huge help if you want to donate dry food, that you purchase "Fromm" from Park Your Paws or purchase a gift card that we can use.  Wet food does not cause the same issues, so any brand is welcome!
